• Click here and complete the PFL Team Registration Form and pay the $50 Non-Refundable Registration Fee by November 15, 2011.
• Mail a copy of the Registration Confirmation email and League Fees payable to Pro Soccer Academy to 1016 S. Streeper Street, Baltimore, MD 21224 by November 15, 2011.

Teams Must Register with the USFF (Deadline December 1, 2011)     

• Go to www.futsal.org and register all teams, players and coaches online
• USFF registration fees should be paid online $8 per player, $12 per coach
• USFF Registration must be completed by December 1, 2011

Total Fees    

• Registration Fees: $50 per team non-refundable (separate from League Fees)
• League Fees: $600 per team
• USFF Registration Fees: $8 per player, $12 per coach
• Referee Fees per game: $15 per team for 1 ref, $27 per team for 2 refs (U15 and up when available)

League Discounts      

• $50 off League Fees for Teams that register online before November 1st, 2010
• $50 off League Fees for Sister Teams in same division

Session Dates & Times      

• Starts Sunday, December 4, 2011 and runs for 10 weeks on Sundays (no games 12/25/11 & 1/1/12)
• Each team guaranteed 8 games
• Game times for all teams vary between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Ages M/F              

• U9’s through High School
• Age group determination date August 1st (i.e. U9 must be born after July 31, 2002)
